1) Order from website or you can send us by email:
* style + colour of the shoes
* Quantity you want
* details of CONSIGNEE (Name, Address, zipcode, city, country, email +tel no.)

2) We will confirm your order and request the total amount to be paid. ALL prices include the shipping cost.

3) You accept money transference via Bank or Western Union or Moneygram. We prefer to Western Union as it takes only 10 minutes to arrive us but Bank to Bank takes around 7 days.

4) After receiving the payment, we will send the shoes ordered to the Consignee. All the shoes are shipped from China.

5) We will send you the tracking number after shipment effected. Normally it will be 3 days after receipt of payment.

6) Normally the package will be delivered within 10 days (sometimes it can be delivered faster). It depends on where you are located.

7) We would appreciate if you can feedback when you receive the package.
